Morpeth RFC, the coaching team and backroom staff has been given another huge boost this week with the signing of Professional Sports Physiotherapist Susan Oakes from local Conference Soccer Team, Blyth Spartans.

"Susan is a very good physio with lots of experience working with professional athletes from various different sports, we are very pleased she has agreed to join Morpeth" said coach Darren Cunningham.

"Susan will be working with injured players on their re-habilitation at the club on a Tuesday nights for the remainder of pre-season, before the squad moves to our new training facility at Gosforth in September, she will also attend all 1st XV matches throughout the season"
